Ad-hoc / projects
Ad hoc hours and project work are charged at the standard hourly rate of £35 per hour
Retainer packages
Regular agreed hours are charged at discounted rates based on the number of hours required, as shown below:
Hours per month | Discount | Rate per hour |
5 - 20 | 5% | £33.25 |
21 - 40 | 10% | £31.50 |
41 - 60 | 15% | £29.75 |
61+ | 20% | £28.00 |
Time is calculated and charged to the nearest 1/2 hour
Additional hours required are charged at the applicable package rate
Billing Ad-hoc and project work are billed in arrears on completion of the work.
Retainer packages are billed in advance on 1st of each calendar month.
All invoices are required to be paid within 14 days of invoice date
